This notice applies when another Shohood user invites you to contribute feedback. It supplements the Privacy Policy and describes the information relevant to your participation.
Your Invitation
The inviting user supplies your telephone number and a general description of their relationship with you. We use that information to deliver and administer the invitation. If you choose to participate, we process your responses and limited communication records to provide the requested feedback service.
Participation is voluntary. You are not required to create an account, purchase a product or explain a decision not to participate. Do not submit confidential information about another person or information unrelated to the questions presented.
Use of Your Responses
Responses are used to prepare aggregate feedback for the inviting user. The account holder does not receive your individual answers or an individually attributed result. Numerical feedback is released in batches requiring at least five new contributors. Completion counts can change before the numerical result changes. Deleting a response removes its derived release; a new release waits for at least five fresh contributions. Aggregation reduces disclosure risk but cannot guarantee anonymity against collusion or information known outside the service. We do not sell your responses or use them for advertising.
After completion, a thank-you message may offer an optional opportunity to try Shohood. There is no obligation to accept, and ignoring that offer does not affect your participation.
Your Choices
You may decline an invitation or request that messages stop. To stop contact, reply “إيقاف” in the invitation conversation. To request deletion, reply “حذف” or contact info@shohoodapp.com. These are the commands currently accepted by the service.
You may also request access to, a copy of, or correction of your information, and withdraw consent where applicable. We may need limited verification before acting on a request. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits. Minimum information needed to honour a request not to contact you may be retained for that purpose.
Further Information
Our service data is hosted with netcup outside Saudi Arabia. Hosting, communications and payment services may involve processing outside Saudi Arabia as described in the Privacy Policy. Information is retained while needed for the participation service, subject to deletion requests and applicable legal requirements.
